I’m recently qualified in Classic, Hybrid and Russian Volume lash extensions through The Beauty Academy. You can view my certificates in the Qualifications section above.

Please complete the patch-test form before your first extension appointment. A complimentary patch test is available. We will confirm the arrangements before treatment. A negative result cannot guarantee that a later reaction will not occur.

Every client completes the short Client Record before their first treatment. Every new extension client also completes the separate Patch Test Form. Alexia keeps the detailed product, treatment and repeat-visit records privately.

The studio location will be announced soon. Your exact treatment address and arrival details will be shared privately after your appointment is confirmed.

Classic gives clean definition, YY looks light and feathery, Hybrid adds soft texture, Volume creates fluffy fullness and Wispy adds visible longer peaks. Soft and Full options are listed separately so you can choose your preferred intensity. Natural, Doll, Cat, Squirrel, Kitten or Foxy shaping is then personalised during your consultation where suitable.

Professional removal will be available when appointments open. I remove another artist’s extensions before applying a new set; I do not infill them. Prices will be announced with the opening details.

Infills are available on sets I have applied within three weeks, provided at least 40% of the extensions remain. After three weeks, or with fewer lashes remaining, a full set will be required.

Once online booking opens, confirmed clients will receive an email with their service, date, time, private arrival details and an Add to calendar option. A reminder is planned 72 hours before eligible visits.

Payment is welcome by card, bank transfer or cash at the end of your appointment. No deposit is required. Bank transfer details are provided at your visit.

You will receive an appointment reminder approximately 72 hours before your visit. You may cancel or reschedule without charge until 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked treatment price. If you do not attend and give no notice, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price. There is no cancellation fee for complimentary patch-test visits or unconfirmed requests. If your treatment cannot proceed following consultation or patch-test review, you will not be charged. If I need to cancel or move your appointment, you will not be charged. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
